Kelly Butts

Kelly Butts has extensive experience in project performance management within JobsOhio since February 2014, serving in various roles including Director, Senior Project Performance Manager, and Project Performance Manager. Responsibilities have included promoting business growth, attraction, retention, and compliance in collaboration with regional partners. Prior to JobsOhio, Kelly served as a Financial Aid Counselor at Ohio Dominican University, advising students on financial aid processes, and held the position of Assistant Softball Coach, focusing on player performance. Additionally, Kelly has coaching experience with USA Athletes International, leading undergraduate athletes during an international program in Holland. Kelly holds a Master of Science in Sport Management Studies from PennWest California and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies with a minor in Spanish from Ohio Dominican University.
