Anton Baumann

Anton Baumann has worked in various roles since 2016. From 2016 to 2019, they were a Sales Representative at Jahnke Hoyer & Cie. GmbH, where they were responsible for new customer acquisition and customer care, as well as providing customer advice on insurance policies. From 2019 to 2021, they were a Recruitment Professional at Synergie-Effekt GmbH, where they were responsible for recruiting the right experts for their various customer projects in the IT world. This included formulating and posting job advertisements, active sourcing, evaluating applications, managing applicants, negotiating salaries and hourly rates, composing exposés and creating offers for customers, and building and managing partners.
