Franziska Solder has worked in a variety of roles since 2016. Her first position was a Commerzbank-Umweltpraktikum at Commerzbank AG in 2016. Franziska then moved on to a Werkstudentin role at WDR in 2017, where they were responsible for the preparation and follow-up of seminars, the supervision of journalistic student interns, and other tasks. In 2018, they became a Werkstudentin at TERRITORY webguerillas. In 2019, they returned to WDR as a Freie Mitarbeiterin (Aus- und Fortbildung). Franziska then worked as a Customer Relations Co-worker at IKEA in 2020, and as a Customer Care Assistant at OAK - Online Akademie GmbH in the same year. Currently, they are a Customer Care Specialist at JobTeaser since 2022.

Franziska Solder obtained a Bachelor of Arts - BA in Intermedia from the University of Cologne between 2016 and 2020. Additionally, they obtained a Salesforce Certificate - Basics from JobTeaser Salesforce Team in December 2022.
