Lea Fröning

Lea Fröning has a long history of work experience in the Human Resources and Talent Management fields. Lea started as an Intern in People and Organisational Development at Rheinland Versicherungen in 2015, followed by an Internship in Talent Management at Commerzbank AG in the same year. In 2017, they took on a Student Employee Human Resources role at Institut der deutschen Wirtschaft, as well as an Internship in Human Resources. Lea then moved on to SWIFT in 2020 as a Learning and Development Consultant, and then to Homelike as an HR Manager the same year. Currently, they are an HR Business Partner Germany at JobTeaser since 2022.

Lea Fröning has a Master of Science in Learning & Development in Organisations from Maastricht University School of Business and Economics, which they obtained in 2020. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Psychology from Rheinische Fachhochschule Köln in 2019.
