In 2013, they worked as a Marketing Executive & Business Analyst at GLASSOLUTIONS Saint-Gobain. Marion then joined SEGMA Junior-Entreprise as a Communications Manager in 2012. In 2014, they were a B2B Marketing Executive at Viadeo. In 2015, they became an International B2B Marketing Associate at LaFourchette. From 2018 to 2021, they worked at FREE NOW, where they held the roles of Global B2B Marketing Director, Head of B2B Marketing, and B2B Marketing & Sales Ops Project Manager.
