Andy Krebs

Andy Krebs currently serves as the Head of Infrastructure at Joby Aviation since November 2023. Prior to this role, Andy held the position of VP, Lunar Infrastructure at Argo Space from March 2023 to November 2023. Andy's extensive experience at SpaceX from November 2017 to April 2023 includes various roles, culminating as Director of Starship Launch Engineering & Spaceport Infrastructure, with earlier positions as Manager and Lead Launch Engineer. Prior to SpaceX, Andy worked at Skidmore, Owings & Merrill LLP (SOM) from June 2009 to November 2017, advancing from Associate to Senior Structural Engineering Professional. Earlier internships in structural engineering at SOM and Vertical Solutions, Inc. were completed in 2006 and 2008. Andy earned a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from Stanford University and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University.
