Aswin S.

Aswin S. started their work experience in 2007 as a Quality Engineer at KYB Americas Corporation, where they worked until 2011. Aswin then joined Remy International as a Sr engineer in Product Engineering Warranty, where they utilized field failure data and problem-solving methodologies to determine the root cause of failure modes. In 2015, Aswin became an Engineering Manager at BorgWarner Inc., a position they held until 2022. Currently, in 2022, they are working as an Engineering Test Lead at Joby Aviation.

Aswin S. holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from Montana State University-Bozeman, which they completed between 2005 and 2007. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Madras, which they completed between 1999 and 2003.
