Malisha Wijesinghe

Malisha Wijesinghe has a diverse range of work experience in the engineering field. Malisha began their career as a Summer Research Intern at Spartan Superway in 2015, where they collaborated with a team to design a solar powered automated transit network. Malisha gained experience in utilizing SolidWorks for design and assembling scaled models using precision hand tools.

In 2016, Malisha worked as a Quality Engineering Intern at ALTA DESIGN AND MANUFACTURING INC.

From 2018 to 2021, they worked at TE Connectivity as a Quality and Reliability Engineer, where they presumably focused on ensuring quality and reliability of products.

In 2021, Malisha joined Cepheid as a Quality Operations Engineer and remained there until 2022.

Currently, they hold the position of Product Quality Engineer at Joby Aviation, starting in 2022.

Malisha Wijesinghe obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from San Jose State University, completing their studies from 2013 to 2018. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained the ISO-9001/AS9100 Internal Auditor Certification from Axeon Corporation in December 2019.
