Composites Manufacturing Engineer III at Joby Aviation

Samir Kazi has a diverse range of work experience. Samir most recently worked at Joby Aviation as a Composites Manufacturing Engineer starting in October 2020. Prior to that, they worked at the Florida Institute of Technology as an Information Technology Specialist from August 2019 to May 2020.

Before that, Samir worked at Airbus from July 2018 to June 2019. During their time at Airbus, they held the role of A350/A380 Landing Gear CPD Engineer and took on responsibilities such as tracking operational interrupts, generating reports for operational reliability, and managing technical publications and aircraft maintenance manuals. Samir Kazi completed their Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering with a minor in Nanotechnology from Florida Institute of Technology, a five-year program from 2015 to 2020. Prior to that, they attended Karachi Grammar School from 2000 to 2015, focusing on Mathematics and Science. There is no mention of any additional certifications.
