Shino Xu

Shino Xu is an accomplished technical program manager with extensive experience in the aerospace and automotive industries. Currently serving as Lead of New Equipment Introduction and Product Support at Joby Aviation since September 2018, Shino Xu oversees technical program management for battery, propulsion, and electronic systems, while also developing central OEM product support strategies. Prior experience includes roles at Tesla, where Shino Xu managed engineering teams focused on battery testing and manufacturing processes, and Apple, where contributions were made to an integrated platform for R&D initiatives. Shino Xu's career began with valuable experiences at Enerpac Tool Group, Roland Berger, and Robert Bosch, complemented by a strong educational background in Mechanical and Industrial Engineering from esteemed institutions such as the University of Rochester and Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
