Shreya Reddy has a diverse range of work experience, starting with their current position as a Design for Reliability Engineer at Joby Aviation. Prior to this, they worked as a Research Assistant at the ASU Photovoltaic Reliability Laboratory. Shreya also gained research experience as a Research Aide at the Lab of Manufacturing Innovation, where they focused on electrospraying applications in the 3D printing of perovskite solar cells.

Fulton Schools of Engineering at Arizona State University between 2019 and 2021. In addition to their formal education, Shreya obtained the MATLAB Onramp certification from MathWorks in March 2020.
