Shreya Reddy

Shreya Reddy has a diverse range of work experience, starting with their current position as a Design for Reliability Engineer at Joby Aviation. Prior to this, they worked as a Research Assistant at the ASU Photovoltaic Reliability Laboratory. Shreya also gained research experience as a Research Aide at the Lab of Manufacturing Innovation, where they focused on electrospraying applications in the 3D printing of perovskite solar cells.

In addition to their research roles, Shreya has also been involved in teaching and innovation at the Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering at Arizona State University. Shreya served as a Teaching Aide, EPICS Innovation Aide, and Grader during their time there.

Shreya has also completed internships at various companies, including Social Alpha, Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited, IFB Automotive Pvt Ltd, and Bevel Gears (India) Pvt. Ltd. These experiences have provided their with opportunities to gain practical skills and exposure in different industries.

Shreya Reddy completed their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from PES University in the years 2015-2019. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering at Arizona State University between 2019 and 2021. In addition to their formal education, Shreya obtained the MATLAB Onramp certification from MathWorks in March 2020.
