Doug Melville

Doug Melville is an accomplished leader in diversity and inclusion, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Jodie AI, a personal learning assistant aimed at supporting DEI professionals. Previously, Doug held the role of Global Head of Diversity & Inclusion at Richemont and has authored the best-selling book "Invisible Generals," which highlights the stories of America's first two Black generals. Doug has contributed as a lecturer at Stanford University, a Chief Diversity Officer at TBWA\Worldwide, and in various advisory and creative roles, including podcast host and creator. Doug's educational background includes multiple degrees focused on diversity, negotiation, and business management from esteemed institutions such as Georgetown University, Harvard, and Syracuse University.
