Tim Palmer

Tim Palmer has extensive experience in the aviation industry, currently serving as an Aircraft Technician and Parts Manager at Joe Gibbs Racing since May 2005. Prior to this role, Tim worked as a Heavy Maintenance Technician at US Airways from January 1986 to May 2005. Tim's educational background includes a degree in Aviation Safety and Security with a focus on Aircraft Accident Investigation from the University of Southern California, completed in 2013, as well as an Airframe and Powerplant Technician degree from Piedmont Aerospace Institute in 1981 and an Advanced Automotive Technician Degree from Surry Community College, obtained in 1980.
