Rory Harper

Rory Harper is an experienced creative professional with a strong background in video production and strategy. Currently serving as Creative Lead at JOE Media since May 2023, Rory previously held the role of Creative Producer at LADbible Group from May 2021 to May 2023. Prior experience includes positions as Creative Director at ESPN UK, where significant improvements in brand perception were achieved, and as Head of Video at Dream Team at News UK, leading a team to generate over two billion video views and substantial branded content revenue. Rory's earlier roles include Deputy Head of Video and Video Producer at Dream Team, as well as freelance positions in production and video editing at various organizations. Rory holds a degree in Content Development and Production from Ravensbourne University London.
