Annyck Tornay

Annyck Tornay has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Annyck began their career in 2016 at Candrian, where they worked as a Chef de Rang. Annyck later became a Teamleader and then a Chef de Service. In 2020, they gained experience in the culinary field through a kitchen internship at Duo Infernale GmbH. The following year, they completed a front office internship at Romantik Hotel Castello Seeschloss. In 2022, they worked as an Assistant to the Management at BaW Gastro AG. Currently, they are serving as an HR/People & Culture Manager at JOE & THE JUICE, starting from May 2023.

Annyck Tornay completed their education at various institutions. From 2020 to 2023, they attended SHL Schweizerische Hotelfachschule Luzern, where they pursued a Dipl. Hoteliere-Gastronomin HF. In 2019, Annyck undertook a Level 2/3 program at the Wine & Spirit Education Trust. Prior to that, from 2012 to 2015, they attended Allgemeine Berufsschule Zürich ABZ and completed their Ausbildung in Restaurationsfachfrau EFZ. Additionally, Annyck participated in a Chef de Service Seminar at Gastro Zürich, although the exact dates of this seminar are not specified.
