Successful Associate Analysts have strong data analytics skills with the ability to collect and interpret data and who thrive on tackling challenging, fast-paced situations in a team-based environment. For recent or upcoming college graduates, majors in Business, Business Analytics, and Data Analytics.   Primary responsibilities include: ·  Develop, manage, and oversee dashboards for campaigns to efficiently assess performance and identify trends. ·  Pinpoint areas needing enhancement and offer strategic business recommendations based on data analysis. ·  Determine and evaluate metrics to measure and optimize marketing campaign strategies and budget allocation. ·  Assess website traffic and search engine performance to highlight opportunities for improvement and optimization. ·   Monitor and analyze key performance indicators across all digital marketing channels and social media platforms, providing regular reports and insights to Executive Leadership Teams and decision-makers. ·  Conduct research on clients and stakeholders. ·  Gain proficiency with CRM systems to generate reports.   Candidates should possess the following: ·  A bachelor’s degree (required). ·  2-4 years of relevant experience. ·  Proficiency with office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). ·  Expertise in spreadsheet modeling, including pivot tables and advanced Excel formulas. ·   Skilled in using digital marketing analytics tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and various social media ad platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn, Twitter, Reddit, TikTok, Instagram), along with Business Intelligence tools. ·   Strong intellectual curiosity and a keen interest in Wall Street, financial markets, and media. ·   Excellent critical thinking and writing abilities. ·   Capability to efficiently organize and prioritize multiple tasks, even under tight deadlines. ·  Exceptional attention to detail and a high standard of data accuracy.
