Chris Melonas

Chris Melonas has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Chris worked at Joe's Garage Coffee, where they served as the Chief Operating Officer and President, leading the company's operations and overseeing its growth and reputation. Prior to that, Chris was the Director of Finance and Human Resources and the Director of Sales at the same company. Chris also worked at NAES Corporation as the Human Resources Manager, responsible for HR functions across multiple power plants. Additionally, Chris gained experience as an HR Manager at Unified Grocers, where they handled labor relations and employee-related responsibilities. Chris started their career as an HR Generalist at Associated Electric Cooperative Inc., managing training and development initiatives, labor relations, and employee relations.

Chris Melonas attended Carroll College from 2000 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Administration, Management & International Business.
