Gloria R. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Gloria'smost recent role is as a Testing & QA Manager at Joget, Inc., starting in July 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Sarawak Information Systems Sdn. Bhd. (SAINS) where they held the positions of Quality Assurance Lead from May 2016 to December 2019, and Software Engineer from October 2011 to April 2016. Before joining SAINS, they were a Programming Analyst at Professional Computer Systems Sdn. Bhd. from 2009 to 2011. Gloria also has experience as a Software Consultant at Cypress Computing Sdn. Bhd. from January 2008 to September 2008. Gloria'searly career includes roles at Panasonic Avc Networks Johor Malaysia Sdn. Bhd., starting as a Research Development Software Engineer from November 2002 to May 2005, and later transitioning to a Research and Development System Engineer from May 2005 to May 2007.

Gloria R. attended the University of Malaya from 1998 to 2002, where they studied Computer Science with a focus on Computer Systems & Networking. Gloria obtained their degree during this time. In terms of additional certifications, Gloria R. became an Android Certified Application Developer in December 2015 through Advanced Training Consultants (ATC) in Canada. More recently, in October 2021, they obtained a certification in Data Science with Machine Learning Competencies for Nonprogrammers (DSM) from the American International Certification Institute (AICI) in the USA. Currently, they are pursuing a Professional Certificate in Data Science & Analytics at Brickfields Asia College, expected to be completed by 2022.
