Hugo Lim

Hugo Lim has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Hugo started their career at Motorola Technology Sdn. Bhd. in 2008, where they worked as a CAM Engineer and NPI Engineer. In these roles, they were responsible for improving IT systems, developing stock control systems, and introducing lean production concepts.

In 2010, Hugo joined Joget, Inc. and took on multiple roles within the company. Hugo started as a Product Developer and later transitioned to become a Technical Consultant. In this role, they provided training, workshops, and technical support. Hugo was also involved in evangelism for Joget. Hugo then became the VP Technical Consultant and Co-Founder at Joget Inc. Hugo was responsible for providing training and consultancy for the company's core product, Joget Workflow. Hugo oversaw the delivery of continuous learning channels, such as online knowledge bases and video learning centers.

Most recently, Hugo has been serving as the Vice President of Customer Success at Joget, Inc. in November 2019. In this role, they are responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and success.

Subsequently, from 2004 to 2008, they attended Multimedia University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Multimedia Systems in the field of Information Technology.
