Gloria R.

Gloria R. has extensive work experience in the field of software development and quality assurance. Gloria is currently serving as the Testing & QA Manager at Joget, Inc., a position they have held since July 2022.

Prior to their current role, Gloria worked at Sarawak Information Systems Sdn. Bhd. (SAINS) for almost nine years. Gloria served as the Quality Assurance Lead from May 2016 to December 2019, and as a Software Engineer from October 2011 to April 2016.

Before joining SAINS, Gloria worked as a Programming Analyst at Professional Computer Systems Sdn. Bhd. from 2009 to 2011.

Additionally, Gloria worked as a Software Consultant at Cypress Computing Sdn. Bhd. from January 2008 to September 2008.

Gloria'searliest work experience was at Panasonic Avc Networks Johor Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. where they held two roles. Gloria worked as a Research and Development System Engineer from May 2005 to May 2007, and as a Research Development Software Engineer from November 2002 to May 2005.

Gloria R. obtained their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with a focus on Computer Systems & Networking from the University of Malaya, where they studied from 1998 to 2002. Gloria has a professional certificate in Data Science & Analytics, which they pursued at Brickfields Asia College from 2021 to 2022.

In addition to their formal education, Gloria R. has acquired two additional certifications. In December 2015, they received the "Android Certified Application Developer" certification from Advanced Training Consultants (ATC) in Canada. More recently, in October 2021, they obtained the "Data Science with Machine Learning Competencies for Nonprogrammers (DSM)" certification from the American International Certification Institute (AICI) in the USA.
