THE ROLE
The General Manager will assume a high-stakes role in driving the profitability and strategic growth of our Service division. This individual will be responsible for optimizing operations, ensuring fast-paced, cost-effective service delivery, and rapidly scaling the division to meet market demand. You will report directly to Co-CEO and will hold significant accountability for the Service division’s performance, including maximizing revenue, enhancing operational efficiency, and driving bottom-line results. This is a hands-on, results-oriented leadership role requiring an entrepreneurial mindset, a strong focus on urgency, and a relentless drive for profitability.
