Jeff V. Brazel

Jeff V. Brazel is a seasoned real estate professional with over 35 years of experience in various roles within the industry. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of the Consulting Group at John Burns Research and Consulting since February 2018, Jeff has also been a Board Member for Wakeland Housing and Development Corporation since 2012. Prior experience includes founding JVB Real Estate Advisors, where Jeff operated as Principal from March 2011 to February 2018, specializing in entitlements, strategic problem solving, and conflict resolution. Previously, Jeff held the position of Senior Vice President for Acquisition and Planning at The Corky McMillin Companies from August 1997 to March 2011, focusing on land acquisitions and project management. Earlier in their career, Jeff worked as an Appraiser at D.F. Davis Real Estate from 1987 to 1997. Educationally, Jeff attended San Diego State University and California Lutheran University.
