Kirsten started their career at Express Scripts in 2014 as Sr. Director of Benefits, where they were responsible for managing a team of 15 spread across the US, Canada, and Europe. Kirsten quickly made course corrections and drove a culture of positivity, successfully transforming their department into a responsive center that welcomed employee problem solving and offered a new standard of internal partnerships. Kirsten also identified business savings as the result of an internal restructuring, was able to build strong relationships with key internal resources, and participated in M&A activities. In 2017, Kirsten was awarded the Most Valued Partnership award from Corporate Procurement.

In 2019, Kirsten joined Cigna as Vice President, Global Compensation. In their role as Sr. Director, HR Shared Services, Kirsten led a geographically dispersed shared services operation of 65 including tier1 service center, tier 2 support, payroll and continuous improvement teams. Kirsten also served as interim Sr. Director, HRIS from October 2017 to February 2018 during a system implementation, merger and divestiture. Under Kirsten’s leadership, their team achieved higher level results with a smaller team

Kirsten Dietrich has a BS in Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis and is certified as a CEBS (Certified Employee Benefits Specialist) from the International Foundation for Employee Benefits Plans.
