Steve Nielsen

Steve Nielsen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational management and service delivery across various industries. Currently serving as General Manager at John C. Flood since March 2024, Nielsen previously held the same title at Petro Home Services from September 2015 to March 2024. Steve's prior roles include General Manager of HVAC/R at Superior Plus Energy Services, Area Manager at Ecolab GCS, and Consultant/Special Projects Director at Conn's Appliances. Nielsen also served as National Director of Service at Culligan and held multiple managerial positions at Sears, Roebuck and Co., including National Manager and Director of HR. Nielsen's career began as Division Manager at Circuit City Stores and as an Infantry Officer in the US Army. Nielsen holds a BS in Business Administration from Longwood University, earned in 1986.
