Pierre Dosogne

Pierre Dosogne has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Pierre began their career as a Talent Acquisition Specialist Intern at Delhaize Belgium in 2014. Pierre then worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Project Manager at Delhaize Le Lion, where they were responsible for managing recruitment campaigns and implementing talent acquisition strategies. In 2018, they joined ProfilerConsulting as a Business Partner, before co-founding Jobyx in 2017, an innovative mobile recruitment application. Currently, Pierre is the Head of Human Resources Operations at John Cockerill, leading a team of HR professionals and developing HR strategies that align with the company's goals.

Pierre Dosogne completed a Digital Transformation program at Vlerick Business School in 2021. Pierre holds a Master's Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Université catholique de Louvain, which they obtained from 2013 to 2015.
