Sébastien Nasse

Sébastien Nasse is an experienced leader in quality management and operational excellence, currently serving as Head of Global Quality & Operational Excellence at John Cockerill since July 2025. Previously, Nasse established McPhy's first global Quality organization, implementing a comprehensive Quality Management System that enhanced product traceability and operational excellence from July 2022 to October 2025. Nasse's roles have included Director of Global Customer Quality at TPI Composites, and Director of Global Planning at MHI Vestas Offshore Wind, where strategic planning processes were created. Nasse has a strong foundation in quality oversight, having served as Head of Global Quality at EDF Power Solutions, and has extensive experience from earlier positions at GE Renewable Energy and GE Power. Nasse holds a Master of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and an Engineering degree in Electricity and Mechanics from Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Electricité et de Mécanique.
