Erica Bellamy

Erica Bellamy serves as an Enterprise Program Manager for Talent, Culture & Inclusion at John Deere since July 2022, previously holding roles in HR operations and people development within the HR Development Program. Key contributions include supporting daily operations in SaaS and Precision Upgrades, conducting employee experience survey analyses, and creating development solutions. Additionally, Erica managed external vendor partnerships and implemented a global Employee Resource Group (ERG) integration strategy, enhancing DEI initiatives. Prior experiences include an internship at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention focusing on adolescent sexual health services and a research assistant position at Morehouse School of Medicine contributing to maternal health equity research. Erica holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Spelman College.
