Gaurav Gupta

Gaurav Gupta has over a decade of experience in electrical engineering, specializing in wiring harness design and development, project management, and process improvement. Currently serving as a Manager at John Deere since July 2011, Gaurav leads an Electrical Engineering team within the Tractor Platform, focusing on coaching and mentoring. Previously, Gaurav held roles as a Lead Design Engineer and Sr. Engineer at John Deere, and as a Sr. Engineer at TATA AutoComp Systems Ltd, contributing to cost reduction initiatives and troubleshooting electrical failures. Gaurav's educational background includes an M.Tech in Automotive Electronics from BITS Pilani, a PGDBA from Symbiosis Pune, and a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Meerut Institute of Engineering and Technology.
