Krishan Garg

Krishan Garg is an experienced industrial and manufacturing engineer currently serving as Lead Engineer at John Deere since July 2018, following a progression through roles as Senior Engineer and Engineer at the company. With a background in operations research, Krishan has been instrumental in establishing and optimizing manufacturing processes across multiple John Deere factories globally, including locations in India, Brazil, China, and the USA. Responsibilities include factory master planning, work standardization, assembly operation sequencing, and value stream mapping. Prior experiences include a graduate trainee position at John Deere India Pvt. Ltd. and a summer trainee role at LG Electronics, focused on improving product development processes. Krishan holds a Master of Technology in Operations Research from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology.
