Victor Diaz Jr. is an accomplished professional in the realm of digital strategy and AI-driven customer success. Currently serving as the Group Product Manager for AI and Customer Success at John Deere, Victor is focused on establishing an AI-native organization that generates value through recurring revenue models and advanced technologies. As a Principal Consultant at Vicsa & Co. since April 2019, responsibilities include guiding companies in their digital strategy initiatives. Victor has previously held leadership roles at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where projects centered on digital strategy and eCommerce spanned various industries. Prior experience includes significant roles at Pariveda Solutions, where Victor led technical implementations in insurance applications, and at Santander Consumer USA Inc., where software application development and migration efforts were pivotal.
