Bob McAleer

Bob McAleer has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries. Bob began their career as a Marketing Student Assistant and Intern at Purdue University in 2002. Bob then went on to work as the Owner of McAleer-Lundin Racing / M3 Motorsports in 2004. After that, they joined Performance Tire Service Company dba Firestone Racing as a Racing Tire Technician in 2005. In 2007, they worked in Hospitality Operations at Andretti Green Racing. From 2008 to 2011, they held various roles including Director of Client Services and Client Services Account Manager at Green Savoree Racing Promotions. Bob then joined CarMax as a Buyer from 2011 to 2017. Bob McAleer served as the Partnership Activations Manager at Andretti Autosport from 2017 to 2019. Most recently, they worked as an Assistant Team Manager at Bryan Herta Autosport, LLC from 2019 to 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Business Operations at John Force Racing, Inc. starting from February 2022.

Bob McAleer received their Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Purdue University in 2004.
