Brad Pote

Brad Pote, CMRP, is an experienced engineering consultant and account manager at John H. Carter Company, Inc. since June 2019. Prior to this role, Brad held positions including engineering coordinator at Big Easy Blends and equipment engineer at Baumer Foods, Inc. Notably, Brad served as PV production manager at Schott Solar, overseeing 128 personnel and implementing process optimization and lean manufacturing principles to improve factory efficiency. Brad's career began at Intel, and later at Micron Technology, where leadership in teams, maintenance planning, and process improvement led to significant gains in equipment availability. Brad holds a degree from West Liberty State College.
