Sudi Arora

Sudi Arora has extensive experience in the financial services sector, particularly in leadership roles focused on business transformation and operational strategy. At JOHN HANCOCK LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY USA, Sudi served as Vice President of Business Transformation from January 2016 to May 2020. Prior to this, at Manulife Financial, Sudi held multiple senior positions, including Vice-President of Regional Operations in the Asia Division, where responsibilities included testing and establishing operational strategies, as well as leading New Business and Underwriting Operations. Sudi also successfully built and led customer-centric teams in Group Savings and Retirement Services to enhance sales and profitability. Earlier in the career at Clarica, Sudi was Vice President of Wealth Management. Sudi holds an MBA in Business from Wilfrid Laurier University, obtained between 1988 and 1992.
