Swapna Chatterjee

Swapna Chatterjee is an experienced professional in product management and engineering, currently serving as the Director and Lead Product Owner at John Hancock since May 2023. Prior to this role, Swapna held the position of Product Engineering Lead at American Family Insurance from January 2021 to April 2023. Swapna's earlier experience includes serving as Product Lead at Homesite Insurance (January 2016 - December 2020) and various roles at CIBC from February 2011 to August 2015, including Digital Product Manager and Senior Product Manager in Retail Banking. Swapna began a career in product quality assurance at Alliance Computers (September 2003 - March 2005). Educational qualifications include a focus on Customer Analytics and Business Analytics from The Wharton School in 2015 and a Master's degree in Computer Applications from Orissa University of Agriculture and Technology (2000 - 2003).
