Sarah Poulter

Sarah Poulter has a range of work experience in various roles and industries. Their most recent position is as a Project Resource Scheduler at the John Henry Group, starting in July 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Manager at Willingham House Enterprises from June 2022 to May 2023. Sarah also served as the Business Development & Facilities Manager at Cambridge Melchior College from February 2021 to June 2022. Sarah's experience in the hospitality industry includes roles as Food and Beverage Manager at LGH Hotels Management Ltd from October 2019 to February 2021, and Food & Beverage Manager, Deputy Food & Beverage Manager, and Food & Beverage Supervisor at Holiday Inn Cambridge from 2016 to 2019. Sarah also worked at Churchill College, University of Cambridge, where they were a Conference Coordinator from January 2016 to September 2016 and a Catering Assistant from February 2012 to September 2016.

Sarah Poulter attended Swavesey Village College from 2006 to 2011, where they obtained their GCSEs. Afterward, they enrolled in Long Road Sixth Form College from 2011 to 2013 and pursued A Levels in Geography, Sociology, Mathematics, and History. In terms of additional certifications, Sarah obtained a Personal Licence from Hills Licensing Limited in November 2017. Sarah also completed the Legionella & Legionnaires' Disease Awareness course from High Speed Training, the First Aid at Work Level 3 from First Aid Training Solutions in October 2020, and the Hospitality Management Level 4 - Food & Beverage Management from Innovate Awarding in July 2021.
