Stephen Woods

Stephen Woods has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, specializing in managerial roles. Stephen began their career as a General Manager at Samuel Smith Old Brewery in 2009, where they were assigned to troubleshoot and resolve various operational issues. Stephen'sresponsibilities included managing finances, stock orders, staff, training, and trade levels. After seven successful years, Stephen joined the States of Guernsey as a Police Officer in 2017. Stephen served in this role for three years before transitioning to a new opportunity. In 2020, Stephen joined Greene King PLC as an Assistant General Manager. Here, they took on full autonomy of profit and loss management for a busy premium brand public house. Stephen also oversaw health and safety protocols and handled planning for rotas, stock orders, and events. Stephen's dedication and skills allowed him to progress within the company, and in 2023, they advanced to the position of General Manager at Greene King PLC.

Stephen Woods completed an Associate's degree in GDPR at the University of Derby from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, from 2020 to 2022, they pursued an Associate's degree in Occupational Safety and Health Technology/Technician at The Open University. Additionally, from 2014 to 2016, they attended the University of Wales, Cardiff, where they earned an Associate's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
