Alana Mawdsley

Alana Mawdsley is a seasoned professional in community consultation, stakeholder engagement, media relations, and government relations, with extensive experience across various industries including local and state government, infrastructure construction, and mining and energy. Currently serving as the Community and Stakeholder Engagement Senior Advisor at John Holland since November 2023, Alana also holds the position of Stakeholder Communication and Marketing Manager at Australian Unity since November 2021. Previous roles include Communication and Stakeholder Engagement Specialist at Destination Brisbane Consortium and Manager at Rowland. Alana began a career in media and communications as a Media and Communication Advisor for Logan City Council from 2008 to 2010. Education includes an ongoing Master of Business Administration from the Australian Institute of Business and a Bachelor of Mass Communication with a major in Public Relations from the University of Southern Queensland.
