Tim Weyland

Tim Weyland serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Topcon Positioning Group, a position held since 2023 after progressing through various HR roles since 2012. In addition to this corporate leadership role, Tim Weyland is heavily involved in the U.S. Soccer Federation as Vice Chair of the US Soccer Referee Committee and has extensive experience as a referee, instructor, and assessor since 1976, including notable positions such as FIFA Referee and Major League Soccer Referee. With a diverse background in human resources and organizational development across multiple companies, including TriNet and McKesson, Tim Weyland holds degrees in History from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Master’s in Counseling with an emphasis in Organizational Psychology from California State University - East Bay, along with coaching credentials from the University of Michigan and the European School of Coaching.
