John Howie is an accomplished chef and proprietor with extensive experience in the culinary industry. Since September 2009, John Howie has been the Chef and Proprietor of John Howie Steak. Additionally, John Howie holds the position of Seastar Chef and Owner at the Pan Pacific Hotel Seattle and has served as Chef/Owner of Seastar Restaurant & Raw Bar since December 2001. Prior to these roles, John Howie was the Senior Executive Chef at Restaurants Unlimited from February 1988 to December 2001. John Howie's culinary education was pursued at Bellevue College.
