Adriana Becerril García

Postdoctoral Researcher at John Innes Centre

Adriana Becerril García has extensive research experience, beginning in 2011 as a Young Researcher at the Institute of Dairy Products of Asturias (IPLA). Adriana then worked as a Collaborator at the University of Oviedo, where they gained experience in DNA extraction and cell transformation. Adriana continued their research at the University of Oviedo as a Student and later as a Predoctoral Researcher. In 2019, they became a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Oviedo before joining the John Innes Centre in 2020 as a Postdoctoral Researcher. Throughout their career, Adriana has focused on various aspects of biological research.

Adriana Becerril García received their Bachelor's Degree in Biology from the Universidad de Oviedo, where they studied from 2007 to 2012. Adriana then pursued a Master's degree in Biomedicine and Molecular Oncology at the same university from 2012 to 2013. Following their Master's, they continued their education at the Universidad de Oviedo, obtaining a PhD in Biology from 2013 to 2018.
