Felicity Perry has a diverse range of work experience. Felicity began their career as a Chalet Host at Ski Deep from December 2003 to May 2004, where they developed skills in multitasking, coping under pressure, and attention to detail. From 2004 to 2008, they worked as a PhD Student and later as the NCAS Education and Staff Development Manager at the University of Leeds. In this role, they were responsible for the delivery and quality assurance of the NCAS national staff and postgraduate student development program. From 2011 to 2017, they served as the Communications Manager at the National Centre for Atmospheric Science. In 2017, Felicity joined the John Innes Centre as the Head of Communications and Engagement. Currently, they hold an advisory board member position at Youth STEMM Award C.I.C. Felicity's work experience showcases their expertise in communications, staff development, and engagement.

Felicity Perry pursued their education from 2000 to 2008 at the University of Leeds. During this period, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree as well as a Doctorate (PhD) in the field of Environmental Science and Atmospheric Dynamics.
