Eleanor Stratford

Eleanor Stratford is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in government and public engagement roles. Currently serving as the Head of Communications and Engagement for the National Care Service at The Scottish Government since February 2022, Eleanor has previously held various senior positions within The Scottish Government, including Head of Customer Engagement and Communications at the National Records of Scotland and multiple roles in communications and engagement. With a strong foundation in media studies, Eleanor holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication and Media Studies from Loughborough University and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Public Relations from Queen Margaret University.
