Douglas Folsom

Douglas Folsom has extensive experience in financial services and management roles. Douglas is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at John Knox Village of Florida, Inc. Douglas previously worked as the Corporate Controller for John Knox Village of Florida, Inc. Simply Inspired Living. Before that, they held the position of Area Director of Financial Services at Lifespace Communities, Inc. Prior to that, they worked as a Controller at Boca Bridge LLC and Top of the Hub. Douglas also served as the F&B Director at Courtyard by Marriott and as the Food and Beverage Manager at CSM Corporation. Their earliest work experience includes working as a Night Manager/Beverage Manager at Hilton Hotels & Resorts.

Douglas Folsom earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Northeastern University, attending from 1986 to 1990. Douglas is currently pursuing a program at Wharton Executive Education focused on becoming a strategic partner as a CFO.
