Abhishek Agrawal

Abhishek Agrawal has extensive experience in application operations and support, currently serving as Group Lead at John Lewis since September 2010, overseeing a Managed Service team of technical analysts and managing the Monitoring team. Abhishek's previous roles at John Lewis included Senior Support Analyst, focusing on data analysis and website integration, and Application Operations Technical Analyst, providing support for the John Lewis website and assisting development teams. Prior to John Lewis, Abhishek worked at Zensar Technologies from September 2005 to September 2010, holding positions as Support Analyst and Team Lead, responsible for delivering systems for Morrison Utilities and managing incidents and application support. Abhishek holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya, completed in 2001.
