Andrew Barker

Andrew Barker possesses extensive experience in employee engagement and coaching, currently serving as an Employee Engagement Coach at John Lewis Partnership since April 2018. Barker has also held various roles at Waitrose since 1987, including Democracy Coach overseeing multiple areas and branches, focusing on motivating and engaging employees to foster collaborative work environments. Prior to that, Barker was a Department Manager at John Lewis, involved in branch openings, and served in the Royal Navy's Fleet Air Arm, participating in the Falklands War and gaining recognition for contributions in physical training.
