Claire D MBE currently serves as the Partnership Chief Information Security Officer for John Lewis Partnership, where responsibilities include overseeing the information security strategy and standards for the organization, enhancing security measures across the John Lewis and Waitrose brands, and fostering innovation in Financial Services and Build to Rent initiatives. Prior to this role, Claire held various leadership positions at Arriva Group, including Group Director of Information Security, where oversight encompassed information security and privacy for one of Europe’s largest passenger transport providers. Earlier experience includes significant roles at Post Office, where Claire managed information assets and compliance, and within HM Forces, focusing on security threat identification and emergency preparedness.
