Elizabeth Lewis

Elizabeth Lewis is a seasoned professional in CRM and loyalty marketing, currently serving as Migration Lead for Pan-Partnership Loyalty at John Lewis Partnership since August 2022. With a strong background at Waitrose & Partners, where Elizabeth holds the role of Senior Strategy Manager for CRM & Loyalty, Elizabeth has also previously served as Operations Manager in the same department. Elizabeth's experience includes leading CRM efforts at John Lewis & Partners and managing marketing initiatives at various organizations, including Sally Salon Services and The Perfume Shop. Recent academic pursuits include a Marketing Week Mini MBA with Mark Ritson, complementing a BSc (Hons) in Geography and Anthropology from Oxford Brookes University.
