Anuj Duggal

Anuj Duggal has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Anuj is currently working as the Head of Supply Operations at CaaStle, a position they started in 2022. Prior to that, from 2021 to 2022, Anuj held multiple roles at BYJU'S FutureSchool, including being responsible for growth and PnL in Mexico and Colombia, as well as being the Head of Global Operations and Customer Experience.

Before joining BYJU'S FutureSchool, from 2019 to 2021, Anuj worked at OYO as the Head of Customer and Partner Experience for International Operations in SEAME. In this role, they led a team and was responsible for managing property partner experience and other important operational metrics. Notable accomplishments during their time at OYO include launching the Sanitized Stay program in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, saving USD 6 million annually through setting up remote operations, and successfully launching operations in Thailand.

Anuj's earlier work experience includes working at Mastercard Advisors as an Associate Managing Consultant from 2017 to 2019, and at KPMG India as both a Senior Consultant and Consultant from 2016 to 2017. Anuj started their career at RBS, where they held roles as an Analytics Manager from 2013 to 2015, and as an Assistant Manager from 2011 to 2013.

Anuj Duggal completed a Bachelor's of Technology in Metallurgical Engineering at Punjab Engineering College from 2007 to 2011. Later, from 2015 to 2016, they pursued a Post-Graduate Programme in Management, with a focus on Finance and Strategy, at the Indian School of Business. Anuj also holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from KPMG India.
