Gill Joynes

Gill Joynes has extensive experience in the retail and technology sectors, with a focus on engineering and resource management. Employed at John Lewis Partnership since September 2010, Gill has advanced through several roles, currently serving as Technical Engineering Resource Manager while also holding positions such as Senior Performance Analyst and IT Project Supplier Resource & Training Specialist. Previous roles at Sainsbury's, Tesco PLC, and Safeway provided a strong foundation in customer service and management, culminating in leadership roles such as Customer Service Manager and Deputy Manager. Gill Joynes is also an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
