Hannah Davies

Hannah Davies possesses extensive experience in operational management and business engagement, currently serving as the Head of Operating Model at John Lewis Partnership since November 2016, with prior roles including Operating Model Lead and Technology and Change Business Engagement Manager. In addition to leadership responsibilities, Hannah chairs the Gender Equality Network and volunteers for the LEAD Inclusive Leadership Programme. Previous experience includes several positions at Waitrose, where roles spanned from Business Partner for Head Office and Supply Chain to Property Services Programme Improvement Manager. Hannah's career began at CG Restaurants and Bars as Head Waitress and Events Organiser, alongside early roles at Snow Retreat and Pret A Manger. Educationally, Hannah holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management with Marketing from Cardiff University, completed in 2011.
